Christy is a hands-on person who always follows up. I can call her anytime. If there’s an issue, she gets right on it – and if she isn’t at the property, she finds the resources to get the job done. She’s personable, funny, and approachable – if you want to make a friend, you’ll make a friend with Christy. She’s definitely worth the investment!

If anything ever needs to be fixed, Christy will go straight to the problem and fix it right away. She always finds a solution. I can call or text her anytime, even on the weekends, and she always answers. She is great at maintaining good relationships with tenants…everyone in the building loves her!

Christy is super professional, which is hard to find these days! Every time there is an issue in our office, it only takes an email and she responds immediately. Everything is taken care of on the same day. She’s a person you can rely on, and she always greets you with a smile and a helping hand.

Christy always jumps to the occasion. When someone called us after-hours to tell us we had water in our suite, Christy was already at the property when we arrived. She has always been extremely responsive, making sure she gets involved right away so the issue can be solved. She does an amazing job and it’s nice to have her to go to whenever we need anything.

Christy has a forward-thinking way of making sure she’s knowledgeable for the betterment of her whole tribe – tenants, owners, and service providers. She’s ambitious, fun, and dedicated to staying educated on the craft of being a property manager.

The thing that sets Christy apart from other property managers is that she’s very calm under pressure. People in her industry have to deal with lots of moving pieces and high stress situations – yet Christy always remains cool, calm, and collected. She works on time, she’s reputable, and she gives guidance when necessary. Best of all, she has fun while she does it.
